Ich habe Tourismus studiert und war danach als Reiseleiter auf Peru unterwegs, wo ich etwas über die Kultur, Traditionen, atemberaubenden Landschaften und die Gastronomie meines Landes erzählen konnte. Ich liebe es, Touristen auf der ganzen Welt willkommen zu heißen und ihnen zu helfen, dieses Land zu entdecken, und ich bin auch sehr interessiert an den Geschichten meiner Gäste, die von ihnen lernen. Mein Ziel ist es, die Geschichte unterhaltsam zu gestalten, einige kleine Anekdoten zu teilen und ungewöhnliche Aspekte wichtiger Kulturen und Wahrzeichen dieses Landes zu enthüllen.
Small tip: skip breakfast or lunch before the tour. Amazing kulinary tour through Arequipa with many stops exploring typical peruvian/ arequipenian Food and with lots of background information. Time and money well spent. A must for every Arequipa stay!
Quite al disappointing, there was very little food tasting, only one savoury one, a basic empanada. Then a queso helado and a bit of fruit. We gave the guide 35 sol each at the beginning of the tour. Pretty sure he didn't use it all and l didnt get any money back
This tour was a great way to spend our last day in Arequipa. Paolo was so knowledgeable about both Peruvian food and history. He shared his extensive knowledge about the significance of the food and a lot of interesting facts. A fun memorable morning with good food. Highly recommended
