Wonderful tour. Made the reservation the night before for the tour and received clear instructions on where to go, when to be there, and who to look for. The tour guide, Bruno, was very punctual, attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable. More than that he’s a great person. He connected us with a driver to our next destination (he has the best price among all the others we considered) and checked in on us to make sure we had a nice trip and arrived safely. Overall would certainly recommend this tour. Bruno is great and the tour won’t disappoint.

Saimir showed us interesting places in Berat. The city and castle were beautiful. Saimir was very professional but also a very nice person. He was very helpful and flexible. He is a great story teller. It was a wonderful experience.

Arta is very kind and funny! She takes a lot of time to share all her knowledge about the sights we visited in Berat and to answer every question.
Since she was born and raised in Berat and now lives there, she has insider knowledge that not everyone has!
I can only recommend the tour with Arta!

1. Punctual (I really appreciate this)
2. Warm, friendly, and smiling
3. Detailed oriented- doesn’t skip anything
4. Knowledge of local history, traditions and culture
5. Patient, and gives ample time and opportunity to understand
6. Energetic and positive
7. Completely committed to his job. He’s passionate. Doesn’t do it “only” for money. He takes pleasure in showing his city.
We thoroughly enjoyed his company and loved seeing his city with him.
