Zoe was very friendly and knowledgeable, we loved the gifts and enjoyed the interactivity of the tour.
Zoe was fun and friendly and she waited for us to arrive which I appreciate. However, the tour lacked information on the history of the city and the places we visited. It was mainly revolving around Mozart which is not enough. I expected more history/culture talk.
