The company 5 stars cancelled our free tour one hour before it was supposed to start without any reason or explanation. It is rude because we didn't have time enough to find another free tour to join to in the day. I recommend to book with another company, they are not reliable.

Sorry you felt the need to leave this review. Unfortunately I was sick during the night and did not want to conduct a tour given the circumstances and give a poor tour because I was feeling bad.
Yes I cancelled a short period before the tour but I feel your review is unwarranted - you didn't email to ask even though a reason was given for the cancellation!
Is your review fair and accurate??? I don't think so - we are all human and we even get sick. With COVID in the world at the minute you missing your tour is really worth leaving me a 1 star review???
As for people reading this review - look at my other reviews and make up your mind!!! I will be glad to show you around Bordeaux!!
Don't be like Juan and enjoy life and be understanding of different circumstances in life :-)
