I'm really sorry for that you were disappointed. The guide had issues coming to the meeting point on time and the tour couldn't be cancelled any more on short notice. This hasn't happened to us before, usually we inform our guests as soon as we know about a cancellation. Therefore even more, I want to apologize for the the inconveniences and hope that you still had a nice experience in Bamberg.
