Paulo was fun and informative and one of the best guides ever! I highly recommend this tour. It gave a great overview of Brussels and Paulo definitely went the extra mile in inviting questions and giving recommendations afterwards - everything a visitor could want. He provided key insights into the culture of Brussels and areas of the city that are not to be missed. He even translated in other languages for some that might have missed a few details otherwise, wow! Take a tour with Paulo, you wont regret it.
The tour guide cancelled the tour 45 minutes before the tour. Totally irresponsible for such late notice as the guide claimed that new restrictions was the reason for cancellation...which would be understandable except these restrictions had been in place all week and I booked the day before. I was already on my way, paid for the train, and had left another attraction for the tour that I would have gladly stayed longer at, had the cancellation been made any earlier. No excuse for such last minute communications, won't be booking Guruwalk again, though previous experiences have been fine.
What a fantastic tour, couldn't have been better! I turned out to be the only one on the tour so Alessandro offered to personalise it for me in anyway he could, and he was so very knowledgeable and informative. Great experience, much learning, and an enjoyable time all around. Thank you!
Loved it! Tour guide was informed and entertaining. Fav part was when he serenaded us with the Italian anthem. He picked up any street litter along the way, so sweet! I highly recommend.
