Mi chiamo Francesca, sono una guida turistica autorizzata e accompagnatore turistico. Nato, cresciuto e vissuto a Verona, ne sono perdutamente innamorato. Dopo aver completato gli studi in ambito turistico e aver conseguito certificazioni professionali, sono partito per un lungo viaggio intorno al mondo: Africa, Nord e Sud America, Asia ed Europa… Dopo questa esperienza ho capito cosa vuol dire essere un viaggiatore e questo mi ha permesso per creare un tour “ad hoc”, sia dal punto di vista della Guida che da quello dello spettatore! Whilst the weather did not make it easy for the tour guide, Francesca does not connect well with people and when she does she simple rattles off what she has learned by rote.
Really enjoyed the tour. Francesca got the balance right between information and interesting and humorous 'tit bits' of detail. saw many of the iconic places in Verona and learnt something of the history of the city. It was enjoyable, fun and enlightening. Thank you Francesca. On an administrative note, I think it would help people locate the start of the tour if it said it would begin outside of the MacDonalds on the stated road. A tour worthy of doing so wouldn't want to miss it because couldn't find the start.
Francesca was friendly, Very knowledgable about history of verona, well organised n prepared with documentation, it was fun to listen to her n she wore a microphone so she was very heard n understood. Top tour! We liked it n rewarded accordingly 👍👍
