I wish I'd been able to record /remember everything i learned that day. All fascinating and so hard to remember all the details the guide shared with us. His knowledge of the Portuguese history is amazing - the kings their sons, and who married someone from Spain and who was a poet......! The areas we walked through and the history of how and why they developed was fascinating. I revisited later to soak in the atmosphere a bit more. We had a group of about 8 - which was perfect because we could all hear the guide and not get too spread out. Also Lisbon was so crowded, (and it was only April), that getting separated from the group is very easy Our guide was really good and well qualified as a guide for Live History. And I apologize that i forgot his name.
Great and informative tour of Lisbon with Francisco as our guide. I saw things in Lisbon that I hadn’t yet experienced and our guide was very approachable.
Luis was great, but would consider limiting groups to 15 or 20 max. More than that and it gets cumbersome moving around and harder to have personal interactions with the guide.
