I have a degree in History and Archeology, I am passionate about showing the famous neighborhood in which I was born and saw me grow up. As I dedicate myself to teaching, I know how to convey my knowledge in a fun and entertaining way. In addition, I am a writer and I have published a historical novel that takes place in Malasaña.
Starting by the old hospice in Madrid, we will enter the Maravillas neighborhood, known by all as Malasaña and epicenter of the Madrid Movement.
From there we will wander to observe the type of construction and urbanism of the neighborhood; the old shops that have survived the passage of time and the most emblematic places: Plaza del 2 de Mayo; Church of San Ildefonso, Humilladero de Fuencarral, Church of Hortaleza and Relics of San Valentin, Colegio de las Mercedarias (where the incorrupt body of Blessed Mariana is located) ... to finish on the Gran Via.
We will walk through one of the most historic, alternative and cultural neighborhoods in Madrid.
At the door of the Museum of History of Madrid, in front of the Tribunal metro stop, on Fuencarral street. I am recognized for carrying a signal
