The original free local craft tour in the villages around Antigua

Cannot recommend this tour enough, Pablo is fun, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. A really authentic tour and was great to get out of the city centre and see how chocolate and wine is made. Such a fun day! Thanks Pablo 😀

Great tour! Pablo is a very nice and warm guide. During all tour he was attentious and clarifying topics to us. It was one of the best I already had. He took us to visit various neighborhoods, different places and really nice people! We knew beautiful and very local places that wouldn't be possible alone. Before the tour start, earlier, we had a incident with another tourist that decided not to enroll the tour with us, because we decided to wait for another tourists. Apparently she also left a negative reviews for Pablo. I believe this in totally unfair, because is normal waiting some minutes to start, and Pablo was very professional and tried to habdle in the best possible way. Also you can't leave a review on something you didn't take. So reinforcing, we had a great tour and Pablo is a great guide. I highly recommend it and hope we can do another soon.

I was very disappointed with the way Pablo handled other participants. Pablo messaged saying we had to be on time (twice!), and we waited for 3 girls to arrive, then they wanted to go to the toilet and we waited for over 20 minutes, and with no communication from them we waited and waited. When they eventually came I said politely that we had waited, the girls were very rude to me and others in the group, and myself and three other participants decided not to go on the tour because of their rudeness, then Pablo decided to take them and not the polite, respectful and on time people (us!). I was very disappointed and really upset. He made the respectful people loose out on the tour and the rude, impolite and late people enjoy the tour. Pablo needs training on how to handle forceful and impolite people. He then lied to me saying he canceled the tour out of respect to me, but then I found out through this app he didn’t, then he denied saying he cancelled the tour! He kept saying it wasn’t his fault, but he needs to learn responsibility and his part in creating this awful afternoon for all of us. It was the only tour I could go on, and I’m really disappointed I missed out. Pablo needs to do better.

Pablo was very professional and helpful. He was patient answered every message and even provided other areas for us to go and enjoy ourselves even in the face of adversity. He had very rude. He was still very nice in hospital to the ones that remained with him. I would recommend this tour for anyone especially a solo female. I came with a group, but he makes me feel very safe and he’s very helpful and respectful very kind hearted and earned every bit of what Overall it was a group of 5 and we enjoyed ourselves! this tour was very fun and personable each place. We visited seem like family and they made us feel very welcome. We we ate drink. We learn a lot about Guatemala culture and maya culture. 10/10
