I will take you on a fantastic 2-kilometer leisurely walk along Kyiv's Embankment stretching from the Postal Square to the Contract Square - the two Kyiv's oldest squares where the new impinges on and grows out of the old. My tour includes the following spots: -Kyiv Funicular - Church of the Nativity of Christ, built in1809–1814 - Soviet-style River Station, which has been declared an architectural landmark protected by law - Church of St.Nicholas on Waters (protrudes 15 meters into the Dnipro river, Orthodox) - Church of St.Nicholas on the Beach-Front, built in 1772–1775 (Orthodox) - On our way, we will get a glimpse of two Kyiv's bridges spanning the Dnipro River
