I am passionate about history and culture. I have been living in Berlin for two years and I love its diversity and dynamism. I constantly turn to sources such as books and documentaries to nourish my tours with rich and interesting content and I am still surprised to be living in the precise place of the most important events in contemporary history. The fascination that this causes me is what I want to convey in my tours, that together with the group we realize and reflect on the meaning of the events of the places we visit.
It is not a conventional "cassette" or memory tour. Nor is it a tour where precise dates and names that will later be forgotten are too relevant. The important thing in the story is the background of each event, it is what it really meant for people, what it meant for societies and how that forged the culture. 1- Brandenburg Gate. 2- Reichstag. 3- Tiergarten 4-Holocaust Memorial. 5- Hitler's bunker. 6- Ministry of the Luftwaffe. 7- Berlin Wall. 8- Check point Charlie. 9- Gendarmenmarkt. 10- Bebelplatz. 11- Humboldt University. 12- Berlin Cathedral.
Looking straight ahead at the Brandenburg Gate on the right, you will be able to identify me with the thermos and the matte.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
