Hi, I'm Chiara, I'm 27 years old and I've been living in Brussels for 1 year. In 2019 I attended the Master in European Studies in Rome and then I decided to move to Brussels to look for work. The first thing I did when I got here was to buy a city guide and start exploring it. I have fallen in love with Brussels since the first time I started walking through its streets. I would like to convey my love for Brussels to you, dispelling the myth that there is nothing to see in Brussels.
People say there is nothing to see in Brussels.
My tour stems from my belief that this is not the case.
I will let you discover the beauties that Brussels has to offer. I will tell you the official history of the city, but also that history which has been forgotten or ignored, and which is waiting to be discovered in the different corners of the city.
The tour will show you the beautiful historic buildings of the city (Notre Dame du Sablon, the Royal Galleries, the Royal Palace), but also its more modern buildings (such as those that guest the European institutions).
Also, I will show you where to do the typical activities of Brussels: taste excellent chocolate and amazing beer, eat sweet waffles and French fries.
Moreover, will also show you where to take some crazy photos to post on Instagram.
In short, my tour is an unmissable journey through Belgian history and traditions, but it also includes curiosity and fun.

• How to recognize me: I will have a Scottish umbrella in my hand.
• When: every day at 11 am and 3 pm I wait for you in the Grand Place in front of Hard Rock Cafe
• Not included: Food or drinks, the ticket for transportation, tickets for museums, bars, or restaurants.

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
