The West Park. Moncloa and Ciudad Universitaria were the scene of the first great battle of the Spanish Civil War. Surely most of the people who walk there are unaware of their past, so on this route we will make a trip to that historical line to find out how the operations were developed and what were the changes that were experienced in this area of Madrid. We will visit the few heritage vestiges of great value as well as the traces that remain of some fighting in the Park. We will also get closer to the lives and homes of some of the great men and women of the XX century Literature such as Pablo Neruda, Rafael Alberti, Luis Rosales, Elena Fortún, Miguel Hernádez ...
