We are a group of tourist guides, accredited in Venice and Madrid, with extensive experience in the city, both historically and culturally, as well as in leisure and gastronomy. We will be delighted if you visit Venice or Madrid with us.
In this tour we are going to visit the historical part of the city that corresponds to Madrid de los Austrias or Madrid Imperial . We will visit the most important part of Madrid, full of history and curiosities of the kings and queens who reigned in this period. Along the way we will find many of the most important buildings and institutions in Madrid, such as the Plaza Mayor , the Descalzas Reales Convent , the San Miguel Market , the Arco de Cuchilleros , the oldest restaurant in the world , the Palacio of Santa Cruz or the Posada del Peine . King Felipe II , painters such as Velázquez or El Greco , writers such as Cervantes or Lope de Vega , women as enigmatic as Elizabeth I of England or the most famous bandit in Madrid: Luis Candelas , will be the protagonists of our tour. And there will be no shortage of explanations about the Spanish Inquisition and the Golden Age .
