Hi, my name is Vincenzo and I am a tour guide. I studied science, history and tourism legislation in Florence. I am a GURU and a cyclist born and raised in Naples, who loves his city both for its artistic and cultural heritage and for its landscape. I have been doing this fantastic job for 3 years with a lot of passion and professionalism. You will come with me to discover the Neapolitan city, unique and splendid from every point of view.
Napule è mille culure , sang the great Pino Daniele.
On this tour you will come with me to discover the folklore and colors of the " Spanish Quarters ".
Starting from Piazza Carità, we will enter the heart of Montesanto, the Pignasecca , a beautiful local market full of street food and many colours... We will use the Funicular, ticket cost €1.30, to reach Vomero , specifically, the wonderful terrace of San Martino where we could admire one of the most beautiful views of ancient Neapolis.
From here we will begin our descent through the suggestive and panoramic Pedamentina stairs, (451 steps down) we will reach Corso Vittorio Emanuele and going down the San Pasquale stairs we will arrive at Largo Maradona , which has become the true heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli. We will then arrive at Via Portacarrese to be able to look at the street art of Prince Totò .
Subsequently we will reach via Toledo where the tour will end and you will say:
I'm leaving, I won't forget either Via Toledo or all the other neighborhoods of Naples ; in my eyes it is, without any comparison, the most beautiful city in the universe
