The island of Burano is known for two hallmarks , its colorful houses and merletto . On the tour I will take you through the most local areas of the island to appreciate those most important colorful houses that many tourists miss.
We will learn the history of the merletto , and we will delve into the history of the two most loved people on the island
Burano is where we will spend most of the free tour
The visit will culminate with the island of Murano where, apart from learning about its history, you will be able to see a live glass demonstration completely free of charge to you.
