Tour description

Welcome to the city of Cuenca, declared a World Cultural Heritage City by UNESCO.

Cuenca is a city full of history from its settlements of Pre-Hispanic cultures such as the Cañari culture and the Inca culture, and later with the Spanish conquest.

This small town is full of magic and interesting facts that you will love! Additionally, during the tour I will help you with directions and suggestions to make your stay in the city more pleasant.

We will meet at the Señora del Perpetuo Socorro or San Alfonso Church located on the corner of Simón Bolívar and Presidente Borrero streets (one block from the main park Abdón Calderón), you can recognize me because I carry a green umbrella.

Recommendations for the tour are to wear sports shoes, a water bottle, sunscreen and a raincoat or umbrella.

Jenny es muy profesional y amable, se nota que ama lo que hace y lo recomiendo mucho ir a Tours con ella. Siempre busca lugares y tours entretenidos o muy interessantes para turistas. Y como sabe inglés es perfecto. Conoce la ciudad de Cuenca y su lindo alrededor muy bien.

El tour de Jenny fue sencillamente maravilloso, variado e interesante. Cuenca tiene una magia muy especial que se revela en la amabilidad de la gente, la variada arquitectura, las diversas tradiciones y un color local único como de cuento de hadas. Una de las historias trata sobre el salvaje río Tomebamba, un puente destruido y una especie de escarabajo que sólo existe en Cuenca, los ututos. ¿O a quién le gusta un poco más espeluznante? Hay dos casas encantadas por demonios en Cuenca. A los que les guste más la moda también les saldrá a cuenta. Ya sea un sombrero de Panamá a medida o tops de lana de alpaca u otras especialidades made in cuenca. Cuenca tiene algo para todos los gustos. Además de las atracciones normales, Jenny también muestra los atractivos insólitos, las leyendas y las historias locales de una ciudad encantadora y colorida de eterna primavera (20 grados casi todos los días, todas las flores florecen durante todo el año en una magnífica variedad de colores). Sus consejos, tanto para restaurantes como para tiendas inusuales, fueron también muy buenas recomendaciones. ¡Una recomendación absoluta!
