I am a graduate of Mohammed v University of Rabat with a BA in English Studies. I am currently working for Microsoft as a customer service representative, on top of that I am working with a local NGO called Rabat sale Memoir, my role in this NGO is to educate schoolchildren about the importance of their tangible and intangible heritage. Besides that, I am working with American students studying Arabic as a translator and interpreter (I help them with interviews on the street or with local organizations and authorities). I also had the opportunity to work on an Italian TV show called Peckino Express, which was filmed in Morocco (my role was to accompany the film crew, talk to local authorities and make sure everything is okay). This experience allowed me to travel a lot in Morocco and enrich my knowledge about different parts of Morocco.

Youssef knows a lot about Rabat, Morocco and Moroccan culture! He speaks English very well and was able to show us a lot of wonderful things, especially in the Medina. It was great having him as a tourguide and to learn more about the culture. 10/10!
very professional guidance through the sights of Rabat and at the same time relaxed. Youssef was open to all our questions and was happy to answer them. He also guided us to local food vendors for an authentic street food experience. I really recommend him!
