Hi. I've lived in Seoul for 12 years and love exploring new areas. I'm a bit of a history nerd and can show you the spots that aren't in most guidebooks (did you know Seoul has a sixth palace?). I like to keep my tours flexible to the travelers' needs. Hope you join me for a walk around Seoul!

Tour description

Seoul changes too quickly. Unless your guidebook was written last week, it is probably out of date.
My tour will show you all the tourist spots in central Seoul and give you advice on how to see the other highlights of the city on your own.
The tour starts at City Hall
outside Deoksugung Palace and heads up along the cheongyecheon stream and through the city center, visiting Tapgol Park and Bosingak pavillion.
We then head through the hip ikseondong neighborhood, full of cafes and dessert shops, before visiting Unhyeongung palace, which is the less well-known sixth palace of Seoul, and Jogyesa temple, the center of Korean Buddhism. The final stop is the traditional houses of Bukchon hanok village. The tour ends at the entrance this area, allowing visitors to enjoy its cafes and eateries in the early afternoon. There's a chance to enjoy authentic Seoul street food there such as hotteok and tteokboki and experience a fun photo booth. I'll show you how these work.
I hope you'll join me and explore this exciting city!

Steve is super guide through Seoul. Obviously he has a lot of knowledge about Seoul and Korean history. He shows you the touristic sides in the morning which is quite convenient while the city is still "sleeping". Great job
