The visit begins at the Museo do Mar, where you can see the remains of the old medieval wall that surrounded Noia and Porto do Poxilgo.
We will visit the churches of San Martiño (15th century) and Santa Mª A Nova (14th century), temples of "sailor Gothic" style and examples of the important connection that Noia had with the cathedral of Santiago during the Middle Ages.
We will continue walking through A Corredoira, a beautiful cobblestone street that leads us to Ponte de Traba, a place of magical beauty where the river of the same name flows and is home to numerous water mills.
On our return route we will visit the rest of the medieval town, crossing the Praza do Curro. We will even see the remains of the underground aqueduct that supplied drinking water to the sources of Noia.
You enjoy, I'll explain it to you!
