We are a group of 4 official guides from Cuenca in love with their city. We have been together for 17 years, showing with the excitement of the first day the most hidden corners of the historic center, remembering its most curious anecdotes and recalling its legends.
Our hallmark is a sense of humor and trying to get travelers to participate in the tour. The more questions the better.
All our guided tours begin at the City Hall Arches and last almost two hours.
The morning tour tours the old Jewish quarter, surrounds the gigantic seminary and the Mangana Tower, looks out over the viewpoints of the Hoz del Júcar and enters the spectacular skyscrapers, the tallest homes in Europe in the 19th century. XVI.
Of course, it passes by the famous Hanging Houses and San Pablo Bridge before ending at the door of the Cathedral, whose interior can be visited by those who wish to pay the entrance fee.
Under the arches of the Town Hall, at No. 1 of the Plaza Mayor. Our guides dress in red.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
